Jimmy Spencer Jr is the CEO & CoFounder of Love Without Agenda which specializes in maximizing community service across the globe. He serves both LWA individual members and partner organizations working together to achieve the greatest good in their respective neighborhoods. His chief goal as CEO is to build a web platform for society called Glocal—which will change the face of community service.
He is a beloved motivational speaker, author & pundit.
He’s perpetually single, traveling and consumed by his work. He’s a former University of Missouri athlete. He likes to eat out and walks along Lake Michigan as a refuge from stress. He’s a Red Letter Christian. He’s fan of Cash, Lupe and The Killers. But most of all, he loves to champion people working hard to build a better future. .

Lisa is the heart of Love Without Agenda. A proud mother of 3, Lisa works long hours to see her children inherit a new, more compassionate world.
Proof positive that greatness comes with life experience—Lisa continues to redefine what leadership looks like for a future generation. With 7 years of being Director of Evangelism at a Chicago church, she excels in consulting on healthy church relationships, leadership and growth issues She contributed to LWA’s most recent book and is currently working on her own book project momentarily entitled “Love Without Agenda: The Art of Parenting.”

I was born in ’81 and ever since I’ve been staring at screens trying to make sense of the pixels staring back at me. I love capturing compelling stories and communicating them with the incredible tools that are at our fingertips. I want to spend my time working with companies and non-profits who want to create a better world for everyone, and not by writing a check once a year, but by investing in imaginative social projects, creating art and serving people locally and globally. Oh, I forgot to mention, I love Vitamin Water too.
